Set among the exquisite collection of rare and vintage vehicles at Steele Wheels Motor Museum, the VIP reception features an educational component - highlighting experts in various fields of women's health.

o Appetizer: Caprese Salad with Fiore de latte, gourmet medley tomatoes, basil oil, aged balsamic reduction 

o Entrée:  Brandy Braised Short Ribs: 24 hours smoked and brandy braised short ribs, pomme puree, roasted heirloom carrots, asparagus, bone marrow red wine reduction with vegetables  

o Vegan entrée: Cordon Blue - Vegan breaded bean curd stuffed with vegan ham, cheese, grilled zucchini, cashew sauce. 

o Dessert: Rich Chocolate Mousse Cake milk chocolate crispy center, cocoa nib base, raspberry veil, berry Chambord gel, freeze-dried raspberries
